Volunteering With AARC

AARC welcomes individuals who wish to contribute their time, skills, and expertise toward applied research and public-good innovation.

Volunteers play an important role in supporting AARC’s mission by contributing across research, technology, community engagement, and field implementation.

Depending on their background and interests, volunteers may participate in one of the following roles:

Tech Volunteers
Contribute technical expertise to help build prototypes, data systems, AI models, digital tools, dashboards, and research platforms that support AARC’s applied research initiatives.

Domain Volunteers
Professionals and subject-matter experts who provide insights in areas such as mental wellness, education, healthcare, environment, public policy, or social systems. Their expertise helps shape research frameworks, validate models, and guide responsible solution design.

Community Volunteers
Individuals who support outreach, awareness, field engagement, coordination with local communities or NGOs, and help connect AARC initiatives with real-world implementation environments.

Together, these volunteers form the AARC Volunteer Network, enabling research ideas to evolve into practical, scalable solutions that can benefit communities and public systems.
